Any problems on receipt of an item please contact us within 14 days of receiving. Please make sure you read descriptions and see all photographs before making a purchase as we only accept returns if an item arrives damaged and within 14 days after the buyer has received the item.
Please keep in mind that when you purchase our items, you are investing in vintage and antique items that have a rich history. As they have lived a previous life, it's natural for them to show gentle signs of fading and wear that add to their authenticity. You may come across a few imperfections, but these only serve to enhance their charm and uniqueness. These distinctive marks are what drew us to these items at Attik Antiques, as we value the character that these reminders of age and use bring to each individual piece with a story.
If you need to return any item within your order please inform us by email or phone within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be received by us within 14 days of notification.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund has been approved. Once approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied via your original method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of approval.
